An April Fool's Day viral video for DSW, I had to be really careful about how to tell this joke. The concept itself was so ridiculous that I had to make sure visually that the shoes looked somewhat believable, just enough to make people second guess their immediate "no way" reaction. I then decided to give the spot a slick, cool, technology style feel, thus the cooler color palette and shot the spot in a 2.35 aspect ratio.
